Facilities Rental Information

 To browse facilities and events at IAIA, use this site: http://iaia-dusty/virtualems/ (IAIA Campus use only) 

You do not need to login to search for specific events, determine the facility that meets your needs, check space availability, and get information to plan a successful meeting or event. Use the “Browse” option on the navigation bar and choose the appropriate option from the drop down menu.  

To submit a reservation request for the space you would like to reserve, you must have an IAIA Virtual EMS account.  

NOTE: You will only have access to make online requests for certain facilities on campus.  

If you have an IAIA Virtual EMS account, log in by clicking “My Account” on the navigation bar and then “Log In.”  

If you are a representative of an IAIA Department or a member of an IAIA Student Organization, you can create a Virtual EMS account by clicking “My Account,” “Create an Account” and then submitting the requested information.

Non-IAIA individuals and groups may request approval for an IAIA Virtual EMS account by contacting the IAIA Assistant Facilities Manager at
