Literary Presentation @ IAIA - Jimmy Santiago Baca, author and poet

New Mexico author Jimmy Santiago Baca, one of the most respected literary figures in the Southwest, will be featured in a free reading at the Institute of American Indian Arts.

The reading, which takes place on Wednesday, October 18, will be held in the LTC auditorium on the IAIA Campus. The event will start promptly at 7 p.m., and is expected to last 90 minutes.

Among the works that will be featured that evening is an untitled novel that Baca is currently working on, as well as material from “Winter Poems Along the Rio Grande”, which was published by New Directions.
