The Museum of Contemporary Native Arts will have its opening reception for its new multi-disciplinary exhibition, 50/50: Fifty Artists, Fifty Years, at 5 p.m. August 16. The exhibition celebrates IAIA’s milestone of celebrating 50 years and commemorates artists’ contributions with an ensemble of 50 artists representing works completed at IAIA in each decade and housed in its permanent collection.

Artists include Tony Abeyta, Pilar Agoyo, T.C. Cannon, David Bradley, Benjamin Harjo, Doug Hyde, Linda Lomahaftewa, Michelle McGeough, Charlene Teeters, Hulleah Tsinhnahjinnie, Marty Two Bulls, Jr., Kevin Red Star,  and many, many IAIA alum.
