IAIA students in classCurrently IAIA offers the Associate and Baccalaureate degrees in four areas. We are in the development of a four year Business of Arts Degree, four year Cultural Studies Degree and many other plans in development.

The Institute of American Indian Arts offers the following degrees:

Associate of Fine Arts (AFA) degrees in:
Museum Studies
Studio Arts

Associate of Arts (AA) degree
in:
Creative Writing
Native American Studies

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in:
New Media Arts

All Associate degrees are two-year degree programs and require the completion of a minimum of 63 semester credits.

The Institute of American Indian Arts offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in:

Creative Writing
Studio Arts
New Media Arts

and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in:

Indigenous Liberal Studies

Museum Studies

All Bachelors degrees are four-year degree programs requiring admission into the Bachelors program after completion of an Associate degree and require the completion of a minimum of 121 semester credits.
