Student Housing
We have waited many years to have a place to call our own and now we
have a new campus with new housing accommodations. Living on campus
puts students right in the middle of everything IAIA has to offer, like
being close to the classrooms, studios, learning resources, the library
and computer labs. Nothing can compare with living and studying on campus
with al the diversity of many different tribes and nations. The housing
staff strives to give students a convenient, comfortable and safe place
to live during their stay.
Apartment-Style Living
The apartment unit has two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. The
bedroom is set up for two roommates and is furnished with two of the
following: wardrobe closets, dressers, desks, chairs, file cabinets,
twin bed with mattresses. Each bedroom contains a sink and mirror combination.
Residents provide their own blankets/comforters, pillows, twin sheets,
towels, and toiletries. Optional items to bring are an alarm clock,
desk lamp, bath robe, and other personal items. The housing facility
is equipped for wheelchair access, please indicate on the housing application
of any special needs. The common area includes a round dinner table,
four chairs, a love seat, and an end table with a bookcase. No smoking
and alcohol/drugs are allowed on the IAIA campus, including individual
student rooms. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher in each
unit.
How to Apply
All students applying for housing must submit a completed housing contract and $100.00 housing deposit. The rooms are on a first come, first served basis.
