Bring a touch of elegance to your next special event. Centrally located
in the historic district of downtown Santa Fe, the IAIA Museum offers
a variety of gathering spaces that are ideal for business dinners, cocktail
parties, weddings and other special events. Guests may leisurely stroll
through current exhibitions, visit the Allan Houser Art Park and enjoy
all the amenities of downtown Santa Fe.
Facilities
The IAIA Museum has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that will
accommodate most any occasion. Listed in the National Register of Historic
Places, the IAIA Museum reflects Pueblo Revival architecture. The Museum
holds up to 500 guests in the galleries and outdoor exhibition spaces.
For smaller-scale meetings and events, the Performance Gallery affords
a charming view of San Francisco Street (maximum capacity 30) while
the Allan Houser Art Park offers a refined atmosphere for outdoor entertaining
(maximum capacity 300).
Scheduling and Fees
Rental fee schedule available by contacting the IAIA Museum
at 505.983.8900. Scheduling requests must be made in writing thirty
days prior to event. Event scheduling is subject to availability with
costs to include, but not limited to museum out-of-pocket expenses and
outside costs associated with sponsor’s event.
Catering
The Museum does not provide food and liquor services. Sponsor must obtain
approval from IAIA Museum before contracting with a caterer.
A list of approved caterers will be furnished upon request. Sponsor
is responsible for all costs incurred from catering and liquor services.
Guidelines
The sponsor, and all persons or businesses subcontracted by the sponsor,
must review and agree in writing to and comply with all Museum regulations
and policies. Museum regulations and policies will be available to prospective
sponsor upon request. Use of the facility is at the discretion of the
Museum. The Museum will not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
national origin, religion, sex, age or physical handicap.
