- Within 30 days you will be contacted to confirm your appointment
day and time.
- Blackout months. Due to the high volume of IAIA activities, no
research appointments will be scheduled during May, August and December.
What is the Research Process:
- An orientation and introduction to IAIA Museum collection and available
materials.
- Out of state visitors with pre-arranged appointments will receive
highest priority.
- We cannot accommodate drop-in researchers.

Photo Reproduction Requests of the IAIA Collections
All photo reproduction requests are handled by the IAIA Museum Registrar.
Researchers must allow six to eight weeks from the time of request for
delivery of reproductions. To obtain a Schedule for Reproduction/Publication
Fees and a list of The Conditions Governing Reproductions/Publications
for works of art in the IAIA Museum Collection, please contact: IAIA
